Kilo XTR

The walk mode switch is so smooth and easy to engage, even with thick gloves on. I did a 12-mile tour and my feet felt great the whole time, with no pressure points. The stiffness is just right for charging down steep lines after a long climb.

The heel hold is noticeably better than my old touring boots, and I can actually drive the skis on firm snow. Climbing in walk mode feels effortless with the lighter weight. Definitely worth the upgrade for anyone who prioritizes both uphill efficiency and downhill power.

The walk-mode mechanism clicks in and out so smoothly that I actually use it on every transition now. My feet feel locked in for descents, yet I’m not dragging any extra weight up the skin track.
