Finally a cap that doesn't trap heat during long runs — the lightweight build is barely noticeable even when I'm sweating hard. The adjustable back strap keeps it secure without any pinching.

Mesh back panel makes a real difference on hot climbs—air actually flows through instead of pooling heat. The whole thing weighs next to nothing, so I forget it's on after the first mile. Wore it through a humid 10k and my head stayed noticeably cooler than with my old cap.
