Took a while to find these exact lower buckles, but they snapped right into my Spitfire shells with zero modification. The metal lever feels sturdy and clicks firmly into place, just like the originals did when new.

The lower buckle on my right boot finally gave out after a season of hard use, and this replacement clicked right into the shell with zero fuss. It’s the exact same fit as the original, so the leverage and tension feel identical when I cinch it down.

I was worried about finding the right replacement buckle, but these fit my Spitfire 2.1 boots perfectly and feel just as sturdy as the originals. The shell buckle clicks in securely, and the lower placement is exactly what I needed.
