Wore these on a three-day ski tour and the soft-shell fabric never once felt clammy on the climbs. The thigh pockets sit right where my hands naturally fall, so grabbing a snack mid-skin track didn't mean stopping. Genuinely the comfiest touring pant I've owned.

Breathability was the standout for me—even on the steepest climbs I never felt swampy, and the fabric dried fast during breaks. The soft-shell material also flexed nicely when I had to scramble up a rocky section, so no awkward binding at the knee.

Had these on for a full day of ski touring and the stretch in the knees never once bound up during the skin track. The soft-shell fabric sheds wind surprisingly well while still letting heat out on the climb. Only wish the waist had a bit more adjustment range, but they fit true to size.
