Wore these for a 10-mile trail run and the laser-cut holes really do keep the air moving on your thighs. The liner briefs stayed put the whole time and the silicone grip kept them from riding up. Only wish the pockets were a bit bigger, but that's nitpicking.

I'm on my third long run in these and the liner briefs with the silicon grip actually stay put the whole time, no tugging or readjusting mid-trail. The stretch fabric moves with you and those laser-cut holes do a great job at keeping things from getting swampy on hot mornings.

The laser-cut holes along the sides make a huge difference on hot climbs—my legs actually feel like they’re breathing instead of trapping sweat. I’ve worn them on three long runs now and the silicone grip keeps the hem perfectly in place the whole time.
