TX2 EVO Leather

Took these up a rocky scramble last weekend and the sticky rubber grabbed everything, even on wet slabs. They're light enough to clip to my harness without noticing, and the leather hasn't scuffed up at all yet. Nice to know I can resole them instead of tossing them.

The re-soleable outsole is the reason I picked these, and after a season of granite slabs and scree, the sticky rubber still bites exactly where I need it. They fold down flat in my pack for the climb itself, which makes the lightweight build feel like a bonus rather than a compromise.

I wear these on every approach now and honestly forget they're in my pack until I need them — the weight is that unnoticeable. The sticky rubber has saved me on wet granite more times than I can count.
