The fabric breathes just enough that I didn't overheat on the steep climb, yet it kept the wind off during rest breaks. Zipped it up over a light sweater and felt perfectly warm for a 50-degree summit.

Wore this on a chilly morning hike and the breathability really impressed me—never felt clammy even as I picked up the pace. The fit is trim but allows full range of motion for reaching overhead holds.

The warmth-to-breathability balance is spot on—I stayed comfortable on a brisk morning hike without overheating on the steeper climbs. The fit is true to size and moves well with me.
