These fit perfectly into my Trango Tech boots and gave me just enough extra arch support to make a difference on long approaches. The cushioning feels firmer than the stock insoles, which I actually prefer for rocky terrain.

Finally, insoles that actually stay put inside my Trango Tech boots—no more slipping around on steep terrain. They fit perfectly and the arch support feels noticeably firmer than the stock ones.

Slid these into my Aequilibrium boots and the arch support is noticeably firmer than the stock insoles. Took a few miles to break in, but now my feet feel way less fatigued on long rocky approaches.
