Finally, a ski that actually charges through crud without feeling like a tank—the X45 laminated Paulownia core keeps it surprisingly light for how stable it is. Carving massive arcs on groomers feels effortless, and then you can still float through powder like a surfboard. Only wish I'd bought these

The almost-not-there-camber really lets them float in the deep stuff, and the paulownia core keeps them light enough for long tours. Carves massive turns without feeling heavy at all.

I was honestly surprised by how light these feel for such a stiff charger. The X45 laminated Paulownia core keeps them manageable on the skin track, but they absolutely rip on the way down.
