Madison ★★★★★ Oct 13, 2026

These handled a sweaty spring ski tour way better than my old shell pants — the soft-shell fabric actually breathes on the uphill instead of turning into a sauna. Pockets are easy to reach with a pack on, which I didn't expect to care about until I did.

Wore these for a full day of mountaineering and never once felt sweaty or restricted. The soft-shell fabric breathes way better than my old hard-shell pants, and the pockets are actually usable with a harness on.

Victoria W. ★★★★★ Sep 12, 2026

These handled a full day of mountaineering without making me sweat through them, which is rare for a soft-shell. The fabric breathes way better than my old pair and still blocks the wind on exposed ridges.
