I wore this on a cold morning hike and stayed warm without overheating—the breathability is exactly what I needed. It's lightweight enough to pack down small in my daypack.

Great for layering under a shell on chilly hikes—the fleece is noticeably lighter than my old midlayer, but it still keeps me warm. Only wish the cuffs were just a bit tighter to seal in heat better.

Used it for a morning trail run in 40-degree weather and stayed comfortably warm without overheating. The only small gripe is the collar rides up a bit under a jacket. Otherwise, it's light and packs down small.
