I was hesitant about the 20K waterproof rating, but after running through a downpour for an hour, I stayed completely dry inside. The fully taped seams really do their job. It’s incredibly light, too—barely notice it’s on.

Folded up in my pack, it takes almost no room, but the moment the rain hit, the 20K waterproof rating had me completely dry through the whole slog. The seam taping is what sold me—no damp spots at the shoulders even after an hour of drizzle.

Took this on a rainy trail run and stayed completely dry despite the downpour. The 20K fabric breathes well enough that I didn't overheat while climbing. Packs down tiny into my hydration vest too.
