I’ve taken these up a few alpine routes already, and the low profile makes them feel more like a precise hiking boot than a clunky mountaineer. The grip on mixed terrain was solid, and they didn't need much break-in time.

The seamless design makes a huge difference on long approaches—my feet stayed blister-free even after ten miles of scrambling. These boots feel like a natural extension of my foot on technical terrain, yet they're stiff enough for kicking steps in névé.

I was skeptical about the low profile design, but they gave me incredible precision on mixed terrain while still feeling supportive after a full day of climbing.
