Pulled these on for a post-fire cleanup shift and the Vibram® Fire & Ice soles gave me incredible grip on charred, uneven ground. The roughout leather is already showing some scuffs, but that's exactly the kind of durability I was hoping for.

The roughout leather upper has taken some serious scrapes from fallen branches without showing a single mark. I've been using these for post-storm trail clearing and the soles give great grip on loose, wet ground.

After trudging through ash and debris all day, the Vibram sole gave me solid grip on loose scree where I'd normally be slipping. The roughout leather is already showing some scuffs, but honestly that just adds to the character—these boots feel like they were made for the job.
