Aequilibrium LT GTX

Walked straight out of the car onto a glacier with zero break-in issues—the fit was dialed from the first step. The Gore-Tex lining kept my feet bone-dry through a slushy afternoon crossing. Perfect balance of stiffness for crampons and flexibility for scrambling.

The fit is snug right out of the box, which I appreciate for technical scrambling where precision matters. The sole provides excellent grip on loose granite.

The Gore-Tex lining kept my feet completely dry through a slushy glacier crossing, while the boot’s lightweight feel surprised me on the long descent. It’s the first time I’ve worn technical footwear this comfortable straight out of the box.
